Pumpkin Pecan Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T margarine or butter, cut up
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 T packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • 1 t active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans


1) Mix all ingredients in order in bread machine pan.
2) Select basic white bread cycle.
3) Add pecans after bread machine signals.
 
Serve warm with butter !!
