Smokey Cheddar Loaf

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup mild, flat beer
  • 1 1/4 cups grated, smokey cheddar cheese (Hoffmans)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1 t active dry yeast or bread machine yeast


1) Mix all ingredients in order in bread machine pan.
2) Select basic white bread cycle.
Try this bread toasted or for grilled cheese sandwiches !
