"Watermelon Cake"

INGREDIENTS:

ICING:  
1)  Grease & flour a bundt pan.
2)  In large bowl, combine watermelon, jello, dry cake mix, egg whites & oil.  Beat until smooth.
3)  Pour into pan & bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
4)  Cool & frost with icing.
5)  Icing:  beat cream cheese & butter until fluffy.  Add sugar & watermelon juice, stir until thoroughly mixed.
