- 2 large RIPE avocados, peeled & mashed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 small or one large tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 small can diced green chiles (Ortegas)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
- salt & garlic powder to taste
1) Stir together all ingredients till well mixed.
2) Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, or over ANY Mexican food.
3) They say, if you put the seed back in, it won't turn dark on you. Try it !!
