INGREDIENTS:
1) Combine dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients.
2) Beat with electric mixer 3 minutes at medium speed.
3) Pour into greased & floured 13 X 9 X 2 pan.
4) Bake at 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness.
FROSTING:
Beat with electric mixer till fluffy.....spread over cooled cake.
