| 1) Melt margarine, mix with flour & pecans. |
| 2) Press into bottom of 9 X 13" pan with fingers. |
| 3) Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then set aside to cool. |
| 4) Use electric mixer to mix powdered sugar & cream cheese. |
| 5) Add Cool Whip & mix thoroughly. |
| 6) Spread on top of baked crust, then spread cherry pie filling on top. |
| 7) Chill & serve ! |
