"StrawBARRY Crunch"

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups self rising flour

2 sticks margarine or butter

1 cup pecans

1 (12 oz) Cool Whip

1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese (PHilly, of course)

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 jar or can strawBARRY pie filling

1) Melt margarine, mix with flour & pecans.

2) Press into bottom of 9 X 13" pan with fingers.

3) Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then set aside to cool.

4) Use electric mixer to mix powdered sugar & cream cheese.

5) Add Cool Whip & mix thoroughly.

6) Spread on top of baked crust, then spread cherry pie filling on top.

7) Chill & serve !
