INGREDIENTS:

• 3 cups salt
  
• 6 cups flour
  
• 6 Tbsp alum
  
• 6 cups boiling water (add food coloring to suit)
  
• 1 Tbsp oil
  
  1) Mix all ingredients in order.
  2) Add boiling water & oil, mix with spoon.
  3) As dough cools, mix with hands to desired consistency.
  4) Store in airtight containers.
