HOLIDAY PECAN PIE

INGREDIENTS:

Mix in a 1 1/2 quart bowl:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Stir in 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time

    Mix:

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

    1) Pour mixture into 9" unbaked pie crust.
    2) Bake at 375 degrees 50 minutes, or until firm.
    3) Cool before serving.
