INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup butter or shortening
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 3 cups unsifted flour
  
• 1 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1 1/3 cup mincemeat, or 1/2 of 28 ounce jar
  

1) Cream shortening & sugar, add eggs, beat until smooth.
2) Combine dry ingredients, add gradually.
3) Stir in mincemeat.
4) Drop by teaspoons full onto greased cookie sheet.
5) Bake at 375 degrees 8-10 min.
