- 1 # boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
1) Brown chicken breast in butter or margarine until done.
2) Add garlic powder, lemon juice & wine.
3) Simmer 10 minutes, serve over rice or pasta.
