INGREDIENTS:
1) Cream together sugar & oil, add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
2) Stir in carrots.
3) Sift dry ingredients together, add to wet mixture, stir in nuts.
4) Bake in three 9" layer pans at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool.
ICING:
Cream together margarine & cheese, add remaining ingredients
and spread between layers and on top & sides of cake.
VARIATION: try adding 1 tsp grated orange rind to frosting.
