....between Palm Springs and Banning, CA, there are these "wind machines".......the wind drives them to produce electricity.....they seem to go on for miles.........I have no idea how many of them there are....seems like a million !!





....The California desert is known for it's crops....including these date palm trees.....




and in Desert Center, someone planted a perfect circle of palm trees......though it's hard to tell, in the picture.....







....and, on the border between California and Arizona, is the mighty Colorado River.....the nourishment for most of California's crops......
